Writer.
Producer.
Story Coach.
Your creative ignition switch.
I help emerging screenwriters and storytellers go from lost and overwhelmed to clear, confident, and in motion—with a finished script that actually means something.
Whether you’re stuck at the concept stage, drowning in structure, or just sick of getting contradictory advice, I’m here to give you real tools, real feedback, and a clear, personalized path forward.
WHY I BUILT WRITER IGNITER
Because we’re not living in the “Hollywood” era anymore.
We’re in the soul-first, creator-owned, post-AI age of storytelling.
And new voices need a new system.
Writer Igniter is a place where story craft, emotional truth, and professional growth collide. Whether you take a course, join Storytowne, or work with me 1:1, I’ll help you:
Clarify your idea
Build a powerful narrative engine
And write the best script of your life
And I’ll do it without jargon, formulas, or fluff.
Just clear guidance, big breakthroughs, and some fun along the way.

A Brief History
How I Got Here
I was raised in London, Ontario—Canada’s Forest City—and spent my early years immersed in live theatre. I acted. I directed. I built sets and stitched costumes. I learned that stories weren’t just ideas—they were experiences you build with your hands.
In 2012, I joined an indie film crew and found myself working as a production designer, then a producer, then a development exec. I’ve since worked across documentaries, short-form series, and feature films, including Tapped Out with Michael Biehn, Nintendo Quest, and Missing Mom (winner of multiple Best Documentary awards).
Most recently, I led development for an unscripted streaming platform out of Chicago—designing series, coaching creators, and producing content with cultural reach.
But my heart always came back to writers.
That’s why I now spend most of my time doing what I love:
Helping storytellers get unstuck, level up, and finish what they started.
